We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Pediatrics and G-Tube feeding
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings including urgent care, nursing homes, ER, and hospital medicine.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and medical documentation accurately.
- Conduct laboratory tests and phlebotomize patients as needed.
- Utilize Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems for patient charting.
- Assist in durable medical equipment (DME) management.
Skills:
- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Experience in urgent care, ER, nursing homes, and hospital medicine.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations accurately.
- Familiarity with Athenahealth or similar EHR systems.
- Strong medical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME).
